出门就是地铁站，拖着行李箱也不用愁，交通超方便最惊喜的是房间里的落地窗，视野开阔到心情都变好了！还有机器人送外卖，服务也很贴心，前台小姐姐热情又耐心，下次来还选这儿！

必须夸夸服务！从入住时的热情问候，到耐心解答游玩疑问，前台全程态度谦和，响应需求及时高效，细节处尽显贴心。房间是我的心头好！全房型标配大落地窗，晴日傍晚能看到绝美日落和山景，阳光洒进来整个房间亮堂堂的，拍照根本不用滤镜。已经推荐给身边朋友，下次来杭州还住这儿！

酒店的衞生状况无可挑剔，每一个角落都一尘不染，让人住得安心、放心。酒店的隔音效果也非常好，酒店的餐饮服务非常出色，早餐种类丰富，味道美味。酒店地理位置优越，出行方便，周围还有很多美食和景点，强烈推荐！

I forgot to buy breakfast packages and we had been having breakfast outside the hotel. It was a rainy morning and the staff was very generous that she noticed we couldn't have breakfast outside so she allowed us to have breakfast in the hotel for the rest of the days of our stay for free.
The house keeper was so generous that she gave us 4 bottles of mineral water per room even though we didn't ask for it because you can always get it at the reception counter for free.
You can wash your clothes here anytime. They also have drier, steamer, detergent and softener and they were all free of charge.
I asked for 1 extra bed for my son (I didn't book an extra bed before because I'm not sure when my son would be admitted to his dorm) and to my surprise the staff gave me a room with 3 single beds instead without extra charge. To my surprise again the room was quite big with three 145 cm width single beds.
The location is quite near the MRT station, around 3 minutes walk.
I bought a lot of things from Taobao and they can be sent to the hotel lobby. They also have this robot thing to send food you ordered from Waimai to your room.
Overall this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at during my visit in China. I would give a score ten out of ten literally ???????????????????????

西溪湿地旁边，房间安静，服务好，如沐春风，地处市区，离地铁走走五分钟，市区逛逛很方便，去印象城也很方便。旁边吃的很多。

离地铁站很近，酒店还给升级了房型，很大，空调很足，有两台电视机，唯一的缺点就是电视剧不能投屏，看剧不方便。

带娃入住的，酒店房间空间很大，床够宽，孩子在屋里玩完全不挤。办入住时前台小高赠送了早餐，种类丰富，孩子爱吃的点心、牛奶都有。最惊喜的是前台还免费提供了小童拖鞋和洗漱套装，太贴心了！房间是大落地窗，天气好可以看到一点山景，园区遛娃散步很方便，下次亲子游还来这儿！

这次入住的体验很好，前厅经理服务很贴心，入住帮忙免费升级了大房间，带了一个小朋友，也帮我们多送了一份早餐，酒店的设施也很完善，洗衣房和健身房的配备特别实用，无论是商务出行还是休闲旅游，都能兼顾生活需求，很贴心。前台接待人员热情细心，办理入住耐心细致，还主动给了小朋友的牙刷和拖鞋，这份意外的贴心让人倍感温暖。入住期间有任何疑问，工作人员都能及时响应并妥善处理，专业又周到。早餐的种类多样，能满足不同口味需求。酒店整体衞生状况良好，房间乾净整洁，环境安静舒适，居住体验感不错，性价比超出预期，酒店门口就是地铁3号线，出行很方便。车停在酒店里，然后坐地铁出去玩，特别方便。下次有机会还会选择这个酒店。

我们周六晚上9点多左右入住的，前台听説我们带了小朋友，给我们免费升了两级，房间大了好多，也是零压房。房间很乾净床品很舒适，小朋友和我先生都睡了一个好觉～假如有床围栏会更好～
另外夸一下第二天的早饭，朝东南的大窗户，阳光洒在桌子上，很温暖。小盆友能吃的东西特别多。最后怒赞手工麪，严重怀疑大厨陕西人，麪条筋薄光匀，比好多号称陕西麪店的麪都好吃，怒吃两大碗！
