这次入住体验挺好的，推荐入住，酒店位置很便利，旁边就是地铁站，环境整洁舒适，整体氛围不错，设施也很完善，房间宽敞明亮，床品也很舒适，睡起来挺舒服的，衞生间乾湿分离设计的合理，洗漱用品也还可以，公共区域健身房很方便，还有洗衣房设施一应俱全，最值得称赞的是服务，前台办理入住很高效，态度热情耐心，详细介绍了酒店的各项服务和周边游玩攻略。晚上还有晚安粥，入住还帮忙免费升级了房型。很惊喜，视野更开阔，风景更好，房间衞生也挺不错的，体验感拉满，入住期间有任何需求，都能及时响应并妥善解决，贴心又周到，退房前厅经理还会主动打电话询问满意度，让人感觉特别暖心，点赞，最后分享一下杭州的美景～

入住后特别满意，来写个走心好评！酒店的设施完善且实用，房间内的空调制热很快，静音效果好，不会影响休息。衞生间乾湿分离，乾净整洁，洗漱用品齐全，4楼有专门的洗衣房和健身房，洗衣房里有挂烫机和烘乾机～很方便。前台的小栋服务周到，办理入住时主动介绍酒店设施和周边情况，得知是考试还送了考神附体的书签，细心又贴心。停车免费，全程很赞。整体环境乾净舒适，房间很大，落地窗风景不错，早餐品种也挺多的，性价比很高，下次来还会选择这家！

必须给这家酒店五星好评！工作人员小高，小郭，有遗留物品及时联系我邮寄特别好，从进门办理入住开始，全程都很顺畅。房间里的设施很新，有大落地窗，景色不错，细节满分。打扫衞生的阿姨每天都会把房间理得很乾净，退房时也不用排队，效率超高，真心推荐给大家！

Across from the hotel, there are many affordable eateries.

这两年都在小和山附近考试，之前一般订学校边民宿，这次订了格雷斯，价格还行，打车去考场十来分钟，也方便。房间空间比较大，布置比较温馨感觉像家里，喜欢他们家沐浴露的味道。也不用担心中午被房东吵醒退房，这边可以延迟到下午两点，保证中午休息充足应对下午的考试。有早餐，房间有水果，有机器人，
