这次是带宝宝一起出去玩的，酒店总体不错，地理位置也好，西溪天堂闹中取静，离西湖、灵隐都不远。不足之处在于酒店装修时间有点久了，局部感觉比较陈旧，还有床垫感觉都睡塌了，睡着不是很舒服。

很清楚定的双床房，到酒店又变成大床或者双床，然后给艺龙的又是大床，以后不会在考虑首选用艺龙订房了。酒店比较旧了，房间也很小，离西溪近，酒店周边环境好，服务也不错

带宝宝入住的…带老人小孩旅游休闲走走还是不错之选，西溪里面有很多酒店，这个算是悦榕庄旗下的亲民酒店，性价比之王…周边环境设施都蛮多的！下次还会光顾…棒棒哒

开会入住设施各方面都还行。帮朋友定的，艺龙提前预订已经付款了，第二天早上退房前台居然让朋友再付了不一次。虽然最后退回来了，但是浪费半小时多和艺龙协调重复付房费。
