漂亮，舒适，安静，很适合发呆。酒店闹中带静，对面是综合楼，购物娱乐吃饭超级方便。我们住的是210，房间自带阳台，推门即见小桥流水，柳树庭院，十分惬意

check in的时候请前台准备儿童用品，到Check out 也没有送来。也不知道到底是有还是没有。br没有任何服务人员和客人打招呼，介绍酒店设施。儿童乐园的设施也一般般。游泳池看似不错，水有点脏，而且不大。下午去游泳的时候，工作人员还在清理水池。明明有游泳圈，也没有人拿出来给住客，也不知道是要藏着还是坏了。br自助早餐的一位服务生，是全酒店最热情的，也是唯一一个像五星级酒店的服务水准的工作人员。主动问好，主动给小朋友布置餐具，主动整理空盘。br走廊没有空调，硬件真心一般。800左右的价格还算可以接受。如果是节假日小2000，硬件软件都真心对不起这个价格!br唯一不错的是location 吧

地理位置离西湖不是很近，开车30多分钟，胜在环境够好，房间也挺大，还有香薰，可惜入住那晚wifi一直连不上，不知道是什么原因，第二天早上空调又莫名其妙关掉了打不开，不过床真的很舒服，很软很大，另外游泳池这次错过了，只开到晚上十点，没有赶上，总体来说除了wifi和空调外，还是很不错的一晚入住
