在西站附近参加会议，就近选择的这家酒店。洲际旗下的，在杭州性价比算不错了，包含早餐，早餐很丰盛，到酒店入住给我升级了套房，非常大的套房，视野也很好。还包含两位晚餐，晚餐虽然种类不多，但是有虾和蟹，作为简餐还是非常棒的。酒店服务水平在线，提前致电询问我的房间喜好，确保了房间无烟味异味，房间设施设备很齐全，衞生清洁很到位，前台服务Dio和mia热情周到，酒店位置也很好棒很棒的酒店。洲际旗下还是值得信赖的。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very fresh building, with great amenities, English speaking staff. I enjoyed greatly the room, as it was very spacious and clean. The hotel provides also a very extensive breakfast buffet, with both Chinese and international cuisine. Everything was very tidy and worked as it should.
Special thanks to Tricia Guan for the smooth experience in checking in, along with Cherry Zhang for the check out. It was a pleasure to meet Chef Sky, it is appreciated that he took the time to explain the dinner buffet in detail. Thanks also to the staff in the cafe, Annie.
It was a stay to remember and I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Science City!

这次入住杭州奥克斯中心皇冠假日酒店前台Cherry和礼宾cici的服务让我倍感暖心Cherry办理入住时动作娴熟，还主动询问行程需求，推荐了超实用的出行路线。下车后门口保安和礼宾更是细致入微，帮忙搬运行李，晚上朋友家人一起吃了自助餐，菜品口味非常赞，哈根达斯冰激凌和甜品点心满足了小朋友们的期待，酒店服务人员全程热情洋溢，让入住体验舒适又安心。酒店旁边就是万达广场，商业配套非常方便，下次来杭州，一定还选这里

各方面都不错，挑几项特别满意的説:
1. 地理位置: 离西站打车10几分钟，我们5月3号高铁到杭州西，考虑假期还没结束，西湖人会很多，就计划先游西溪湿地。酒店居然有免费送到西溪北门的服务，必须点赞。
2. 游乐设施: 酒店没有小童活动中心，但在5楼设定了几处孩子最喜欢的桌游，果宝非常喜欢，每天回到酒店都要在5楼待上1个多小时。
3. 周边: 原以为这个酒店周围没什么好玩的，意外发现离酒店1公里多的梦想小镇，是个很不错的遛娃地。晚上有音乐喷泉表演，吸引特别多遛娃的人。酒店本身就在万达广场，茶余饭后，可以逛街吃宵夜。
4. 餐饮: 酒店附近有好几家大众点评高分餐厅。早餐种类也很丰富，有现包的馄饨，米线，各种粥，炒饭，煎饼，还有豆腐脑和酥脆的油条，米饭炒菜，西点，水果。早餐时间还超长。

这是带娃第二次来杭州，因为要到杭州西站坐车，所以订在了这家酒店，是我们这次游玩在杭州的最后一天。
首次入住杭州奥克斯中心皇冠假日酒店，前台Tricia和cherry服务很赞诶，安排的房间非常满意，给我们做了升级，也贴心介绍了酒店服务，介绍附近美食，酒店还有去西溪湿地的班车，房间格局舒服，面积很大，尤其是进门可以放行李的衣架下方，能把箱子完全打开，这对于我们带娃出行很重要，好收拾孩子的东西，房间的书桌很大，孩子的贴纸玩具都能放下，早餐种类也蛮多，十分推荐！
酒店就在万达广场旁边，购物十分方便，附近吃饭的地方也很多，我们去的新榆园，本来想去附近的梦想小镇，最后改去了拱宸桥，这天天气很凉快，满意的一次入住体验，杭州总是一座给人惊喜的城市！

I live nearby and stayed at the hotel about 2 years ago. I wanted a little staycation again, and I’m glad to say that it’s still a great place to stay at. The hotel is clean and tidy, bed comfortable. The service staff and front desk are absolutely helpful and accommodating.They always have a smile and are willing to help.
I ordered room service, the food was good and the order took only 30 minutes. Breakfast was delicious , but the variety of pastries were limited this time. However I enjoyed everything and ate every bit of breakfast, the breakfast hosts were lovely and made a yummy hot latte.
Something to note, is that the pool is managed by a 3rd party so they do have swimming lessons in the evening. I still enjoyed myself at the pool and look to join the swim classes soon.
For foreigners looking for western food, you can find
Commune/ meToo cafe ( hauxia) / wagas etc. around the area, it’s a nice place to walk around.

Unable to use pool or gym as classes were taking place. As the fitness area is managed by a third party, potential guests should be informed in advance of times they are unable to use facilities. Personally, I would have booked a nearby hotel. Breakfast was good, however some food was not fresh.
