超出预期的体验！酒店非常漂亮，满满的度假感。旅拍摄影师金日服务特别好，情绪价值拉满，非常出片。房间采光超棒，白天不用开灯也亮堂，衞生细节拉满，连洗漱台都没水渍。前台还帮存行李，太贴心了！

去天目山非常方便，酒店设计感满满，房间乾湿分离做得特别好，服务也是一级棒的，见面都会和客人热情打招呼。
除了宠物一次要收500元的清洁费，有点夸张了，其他都很好。其实500元的宠物清洁费只能证明它是非宠物友好酒店，因为房间没有任何与宠物相关的设施，只是认为需要增加清洁强度，内心并不希望你们带宠物来，所以酒店里确实也没有看到其他狗狗。

Paid a 1700HKD for a night of this hotel but was shocked by small annoying hidden fee that should be comes free for most of holiday hotel for example: to use the hotel outdoors Jacuzzi, pool float for kids. No pool side ordering service. Breakfast was included, but not worth for the price for sure . Hotel facilities is lack of maintenance .. You can get way much better service & amenities elsewhere like Sanya, Thailand. for the same price. Would not go again .

Stunning architecture in a beautiful location. Wanted to try this Dusit as had stayed at the Dusit Thani in Bangkok and thought it was out of this world. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the one in Hangzhou. The service was not as attentive and warm and the food was definitely not in the same league, especially the breakfast - compared to Bangkok it was hugely disappointing. Drinks and cocktails selection was poor; only a gin and tonic available or two other fruit juice-based cocktails that were not very good. Had the feeling that the staff tried their best but much could be learnt from studying the exceedingly high customer service experience standards that the Bangkok Dusit holds itself to. The venue is probably the most aesthetically pleasing in the area if you want a lovely stay near the Tianmu hiking trails. However, don’t expect much in the way of a culinary experience.

This was probably one of the most amazing hotels I’ve been too! The service and staff are top tier, the hotel is beautiful, the location is peaceful and serene, the restaurant and food is incredible, the room was spectacular. I can’t wait to go back

The hotel is very beautiful, clean and taken care of. The staff is super professional, helpful and attentive. We came for one night stay at the winter, my husband enjoyed the hot springs. The outdoor pool looks amazing, and I’m sure that in the summer time it’s perfect although it’s not warm so we couldn’t enjoy it at the winter time. The breakfast is rich and you can choose between western or Chinese dishes. Only one disadvantage is that the hotel is in the middle of no where, no shops or convenience stores around. Only 1 restaurant delivers food so take it into consideration. The rest is perfect
