Very clean room, air conditioner/ fan wasn’t functional, and the neighbours were smoking. But still excellent value for money. They force you to leave a 5 star review at the end of your stay which I don’t mind but I would have left 4.5 just due to the cigarette smell! Very friendly staff and helpful. They gave me a late checkout which was very helpful too

酒店的设施很齐全，一次性用品洗浴间做的乾湿分离，还有智能小度可以操作窗帘，电视这些很省心，出门位置很方便，步行五6分钟就可以到达西湖边周围吃饭逛街也很多，服务态度也好棒

酒店入住体验很棒，位置很方便，距离西湖步行只要五6分钟就可以到达房间的设施完善 备的有一次性拖鞋，洗漱用品，吹风机，还有智能化的小肚可以操作，房间的设施真的很棒，服务人员也蛮热情的
