服务员强行用公卡开门！！！给我吓醒了！
我入户灯都给我点亮了 ！而且我没有反锁，门都被打开了！
入住不到2小时服务员持续敲门一分钟！
我拒绝了三次大声説在睡觉还在敲门！
太过分了我説了不要水果！还在敲门！还用卡开门！
导致我当晚就退房了！侵犯客人私隐！

窗景设计挺有意思 浴室厕所和淋浴分离也不错 emmm 卡着十点去吃了早饭 早饭并没有想象中的好 可能因为去的比较晚

房间比较大，设施齐全，办公桌方便，还有沙发，小桌子等，洗漱用品齐全，有护发素等，早餐和同档次酒店比，感觉一般，不知道是不是去晚了。

优点：空间大，屋内布置可以，睡衣好穿，床上用品蛮舒服的，前台办理入住效率高；
缺点：洗衣机在17楼不好找，洗衣服要排队无人管理，早餐一般；
一般：早餐一般，没啥特别，酒店标配几样，不过收拾餐具蛮快的，蛮乾净衞生吧！

3号4号入住2晚3天。
入住第一晚，发现酒店的洗头膏沐浴露有一股味道，前台没有一次性的洗漱包，印象就不太好。
第二天一早发现冰箱不制冷，导致我们的鲜奶坏了，致电酒店，也没有解决我们的问题，不了了之。保修后第二晚依然不制冷。
总体体验感很差，连基础的服务都没有，不是雷迪森的品质，只是挂了一个名。
1. 降价了
2. 第二天水变了 （已经附图）
3. 抽纸纸巾不补，第二天晚上已经用完
4. 没有基础服务，基础讯息不告知。停车开车出去 来回暴晒去前台又开票
5. 不建议来这个酒店住。地理位置不好，没服务，价格説降价就降价，毫无优势。

酒店整体感觉灯光较暗，走廊里很黑，房间挺大的，6点到那还説没打扫好，等了差不多半个小时，早餐还可以。泳池有但没体验，到西湖打车要30分钟以上，免费停车，有充电桩倒是挺方便的。

优点：地理位置还不错，环境也OK
缺点：
1、这么热的天气，大堂居然不开空调
2、房间衞生自己看吧
3、入住后房间电视开不出，淋浴转换器不能用，打电话后来了两个人，一个应该是客房大哥服务很OK，另一个应该是工程师傅，全程手插口袋，穿的牛仔裤，毫无礼貌。
4、电视説弄好了，但是不能在床上调台，只能坐在沙发上调台，这叫修好了？后来提出维修转换器我也就拒绝了，反正就一天无所谓了
