酒店不错，很大很美，停车方便，服务良好。但是有个不可思议的弊端，房间的衞生间，没有窗户，没有排风，而且，衞生间的门厚重结实，没有门挡，就是完全密闭的一个小小空间，不知设计者考虑过如何散味吗？哦还有，中餐厅贵的有点离谱，而两公里以外的商场吃喝价廉物美。

好的地方：早餐还算丰盛，但是面点师傅不够熟练，手忙脚乱的。。
不足之处：尊享阳台房没什么景可言，房间小，设计不合理。卫生间没有排风扇，也没有放置洗手皂。房间通往洗脸池的通道有坡度，导致地面很滑，这里容易造成滑倒等危险状况。晚上自助餐品种不算丰富，较之早餐没有优势。mini吧饮料没有赠送礼遇，也无欢迎水果。
建议：既然定位度假酒店，可以在改善周边环境，提升度假舒适度上下功夫。

周末特意驱车带爸妈从上海到杭州
本想借新开业酒店的口碑好好放松
结果整体体验远低于预期，大概率不会再选择实际距离湖边需开车10多分钟，完全没有“临湖”的便捷与氛围
周边配套也不如万豪，临近公园景色平淡无亮点
入住时前台明确说会升级带阳台的房间结果进房后发现根本没有阳台
