新开业的酒店。入住前提前打电话沟通了到店时间。酒店门口就有地铁站旁边也有商场。去西湖和运河景区都很方便。入住前台升级了城景房间视野更好还能看见一点西湖。不得不説新酒店住起来就是舒服。设施什麽的都很满意。推荐入住。

我定了比较好的房间，以为价格贵体验更好一点，但入住之後还是挺失望的，远不值得，性价比实在不高。空间比较局部，走廊压抑，洗手间就是一个密闭的黑匣子，一言难尽。标识也不太清晰，所谓的黑胶也是噱头，特别要説一下的就是隔音不好，半夜总是被巨大的类似重物撞击的声音惊到，出门找了半天也不晓得声音来自何处。估计不太会入住了。

位置非常便利，性价比高，?超大床是两张queen size合并的, ?真的非常宽敞。房间的室内设计非常高大上，很tasteful, ?要有的到齐地房间也有Nespresso咖啡机。
?房间非常宽敞，?间隔亦非常恰当，?有张小贵妃椅。?特别喜欢他的黑胶唱片，可转换接驳蓝芽speaker。?早餐一般般。?可以到GF Starbucks ?买咖啡和早餐，早上七点就开，跟商场接连非常方便，亘有一间非常「正」的泰国按摩在商场5楼。必须去试。??
晚餐到了中餐餐厅试吓，非常好食，但价钱有点贵。去了看游泳池，很漂亮但没有带泳衣所以没有游泳。健身室都是全新的运动器材，很好的?！

酒店位置好，就在武林广场，然後可以步行到武林夜市，其次酒店比较高端，属於轻奢酒店，酒店风格很符合杭州的历史。

I will definitely stay here again when I’m back to Hangzhou. Hotel is clean and modern , staff were friendly and location convenient as it’s just beside a mall and about 10-15mins taxi ride to west lake .I must especially compliment Serene or Serena ( I can’t remember the spelling ) at the front desk. She helped me check in and went the extra mile by making sure my stay was comfortable throughout .

IHG旗下的一个品牌，还是第一次入住这个品牌，国大城市广场内有入口，还挺方便。
酒店主打轻奢复古风，各处的设计风格很容易出片，房间更不例外，一台黑胶唱机令人把玩不停，虽然没有发烧的音质，但有可玩性。
房间很宽敞，特别是衞生间，乾湿全分离，双台盆，还有梳粧台，泡澡的话，还备了浴盐。
房内设施和备品的品牌和品质都不错，有欢迎水果、甜品和饮料，夜宵有了。
床头总控，插座和充电口安排很合理，床铺也很舒服。
早餐选择性不算多，但该有的基本都有，完全满足需求。
服务上也是令人满意的。只是，今年新开的酒店，房间里多少还是有点装修的味道，

洲至奢选杭州武林国大酒店是一家非常不错的酒店，地理位置优越，交通便利。酒店的环境优雅，大堂宽敞明亮，给人一种高端大气的感觉。客房布置得非常舒适，床铺柔软，设施齐全，让人能够很好地放松休息。工作人员的服务态度很好，热情周到，能够及时响应客人的需求。酒店的餐饮也很不错，早餐种类丰富，味道可口。总之，在这里住得很舒心，是一次非常愉快的入住体验。

酒店很新，一进酒店就闻到一股沁心的茉莉花香。办理入住时，工作人员给升级了房型并赠送了饮料券。房间面积比较大，用品也很齐全。总体都很不错。
再说些不足之处。一，房间的迷你吧里留有已经开封的饮料；二，用携程积分兑换的水果并没有提前准备；三，装修的味道还是比较重的。四，早餐的服务人员专业度不够，客人没有用完餐就收拾餐盘，并且在客人明确表示还需要的时候依旧收走了我的咖啡。
以上除了第四个问题，虽然酒店都第一时间及时处理了，但作为一家五星酒店，实在有点太失水准 （主要是第一和第二个问题），越是细节的越能体现酒店的水准。
