酒店环境不错，服务是真的很好，前台viola和shirley帮我们提前安排了房间，为我们打印了照片。退房还给我们送了小老虎布偶和桂花香袋，酒店最近随处都有桂花香，房间打扫的很干净。唯一不足的就是设施设备偏老旧，但是前台告知我们酒店已经开始翻新了，希望下次过来会有惊喜！

一直都喜欢悦榕庄系的酒店，杭州这家是第一次入住，酒店前台服务很好，办理入住迅速，得知先生生日还特意布置了房间，大堂张经理还特意手写的祝福卡，很是温馨，酒店很静谧，小桥流水，杨柳轻抚，还有三只可爱的鸭子，早餐很丰盛，重点是还有哈根达斯雪糕，以后一定会再来喔！

酒店位置绝佳，在湿地公园旁边。当然，即使不去公园玩也可以，因为酒店本身已经非常优美了。住的几天都在下雨，所以没有外出，一直窝在房间里，没想到格外的舒适，这可能才是旅行度假该有的幸福！

迟到的点评！哈哈，首先酒店环境是真的不错哦，满满的中式古典风格，地理位置也很方便，紧邻西溪湿地国家公园，房间舒适卫生面积很大，服务人员热情周到，前台的memory和Jacob还有礼宾的徐明悦每次路过碰到他们时都会主动问我有什么需要，真的很贴心，有一种宾至如归的感觉，早餐种类也还不错，房间的夜床礼物也很别致，风筝和小老虎真的太可爱了。真的值得一住哦！
