还行，就是手机充电还要收费，看电视很多也收费不太好，虽然没几块钱，但是麻烦，直接算房费里是不是更好点。

酒店地理位置还可以，离杭州东火车站比较近，周边吃饭购物都很方便。酒店比较旧，里面设施一般，入住大床房，房间面积适中，就是淋浴房有点小！进房检查卫生，枕头上竟然有死蚊虫，而且枕套污迹明显，试问服务员不检查的么？最严重的是淋浴房沐浴露和洗发水全部过期好几个月了，酒店居然用纸重新贴个时间，这样不负责任的行为如何让住客满意？
