酒店位置很好，正门对面穿过去就是地铁站，旁边是香积寺，后门是历史街大兜路，离小河直街也不远，步行十分钟是远洋乐堤港，吃喝买方便。
酒店有4栋楼，每栋3层。早餐在3号楼一楼。房间乾净整洁，小冰箱里有饮料免费喝。
前台服务人员热情接待，送的伴手礼漂亮。
下次来杭州再过来入住，祝酒店生意兴隆。

入住了靠近运河的酒店。走进，就觉得有年代感。酒店是国家厂丝仓库改建的丝绸文化主体酒店，是国家文保建筑，始建于1951年，是首批非物质文化遗产酒店之一。
这里，可以依稀看到有年代感的印记。
房间布置舒适，合理。服务员看到我们在大堂聊天，马上送上茶水。
出酒店边门，即是运河和大兜街集市。

带长者小孩出游，希望能住在景区附近，挑了好久选到这家有一大一小两张床，尽管小床是梳化床但基本够用。酒店是历史文物建筑，修建的很有特色，店家服务到位，居住环境安静，早餐好吃，离附近的景点、步行街都很方便。唯一的缺点是水龙头花洒的水温不太稳定，希望店家调整一下，谢谢。

The hotel is near the subway and the canal with lots of souvenir shops and cafes but quite far from most of the attractions. Not for summer time when lots of walking required

A truly wonderful stay at a ln amazing hotel. The location is beautiful along the Grand Canal, the beds were comfortable and the rooms immaculate. The staff were helpful and truly friendly. Highly recommend staying here.
