以为是个老土的酒店 没想到欧式风格做的很有质感 很喜欢这个浴室地面 壁灯 升级了商务大床 空间很足够 就是窗户要是是落地窗就更好了 中间有个遮挡的视野其实一般 另外有个槽灯要断电才关的了 折腾了半天 但是整体来説很好了 标准五星级配置和提行李服务 位置也还不错

中餐厅双人套餐:特别乾净，味道也很好，有西湖牛肉羹，蒜蓉虾，清蒸黄鱼，广东菜心，还有鱼饼，腊肉炒饭，西湖龙井茶

33楼早餐自助菜品还不多，希望可以再丰富点

酒店和携程出现的问题：
1、多一位早餐权益如果使用，酒店前台办理入住时特意强调需要办理人员登记；
2、进入房间时发现矿泉水不是全新；
3、上面两个问题的出现，后续酒店值班经理上来做了沟通，只是解决了退这份早餐权益的方式，过程服务一般；
4、第二天中午12点提前退房后，按金未自动退，而是晚上取寄存行李主动询问才退还；
5、关于携程方面，第一天晚的电话客服处理果断，沟通解决能力很强；第二天晚电话客服解决处理也还可以，提出投诉上升到第三天白天的携程投诉主管一位男士的电话回覆所谓解决方案全是片汤话，没有对问题本身做具体解决，官方话术，水平较一般；
以上问题出现，均有证据作为依据，不做凭空捏造；
差评的最主要问题是接二连三的小问题被遇到，影响了入住体验，影响了入住时的私人时间；
以上相关酒店方和携程方做的差的人员，应该提升工作技能和服务能力；

酒店的具体位置非常棒：它距离杭州站（城站）近在咫尺，离五柳巷、清河坊等景点也特别近；酒店的房间乾净、整洁、明亮，室内的空调供暖很不错，窗外的西湖全景一目了然；早餐的品种丰富多彩，并且美味可口；前台与客房的工作人员服务热情、周到、礼貌。赞????

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent and its proximity to the metro made it a breeze travelling to the attractions and 西湖，avoiding the peak traffic jams if taking Didi. For ladies interested in shopping, 四季青is just a 10mins walk away.. staff was very helpful and thoughtfully upgraded our room for our wedding anniversary, even decorating the room and fruits basket.. we definitely will stay at Goethe again and will strongly recommend it to any travellers.

最近来杭州，首选歌德酒店，环境很好，衞生也是一级棒，这是我的首选条件，酒店服务也是面面俱到，用餐也很方便，酒店内有餐厅，解决了不想出门的烦恼，特别感谢歌德的升房服务，可以俯瞰西湖风光，美哉！
