酒店设施比较完善，是五星级的标准。服务员都很有礼貌，有求必应。交通非常便捷，去火车城站步行只需几分钟五分钟之内，酒店旁有轻轨，坐地铁到火车东站只有8站，不到半小时。酒后虽然在火车站旁边，但是几乎听不到火车经过的躁音。最满意的是毛巾洁白如新，日常用品比一般五星酒店备得更齐全。值得再次入住。
