优点，位置比较好，有游泳池，价格比较实惠，缺点，应该是住的最差的五星级酒店，服务太差了，大堂除了前台柜员还可以之外，其他的人都像欠了钱一样，永远都是拉着脸。游泳池设施非常差，而且不提供浴巾，应该是杭州最便宜的五星级酒店，毕竟旁边的全季酒店还要500多的房费

位置还可以，离西湖走路十五到二十分钟，很多外国人住在这里，离西湖银泰也是十分钟左右的路程，工作人员服务态度不错。

老牌五星酒店，性价比非常高。来杭州旅游就住这里了。到店早，还没房，先存了行李，游玩回来后，酒店为了给我安排两间连在一起的房间，免费升级到了行政房。赞！卫生也很好，床品也很好！五星级就算是老酒店，还是五星服务！价格也好，600不到的价格还含双早！还会选这里！

性价比高，五星的，西湖边位置好，缺点是厕所偏小，设施旧，配的电脑太旧不如不配，厕所门一开关顶灯板子就响，其他均好
