朋友推荐住这家的，说是出行比较方便，刚开始入住时还有点小不愉快，前台的薛小姐帮忙解决了，还给免费做了升级，相对来说还不错吧

酒店是五星级的设施，只是较陈旧。距离西湖徒步十分钟左右，周边商场，店铺众多。离店回家后才发现有件帽衫拉在房间，电话询问后，客房服务帮忙寄回，非常感谢。
