酒店环境好，距离杭州南站和地铁站很近，碰到的工作人员都很热情，大堂副理邓秋凤小姐姐服务有耐心，有不知道的问她都会用心解答，介绍详细。虽然是老牌五星酒店，看得出来房间打扫的很乾净，清扫阿姨有礼貌，房间安静，空调效果好，冷气很足。送了欢迎水果，体验很好，很赞

酒店的地理位置优越，周边交通便利，地铁站和公交站都在步行几分钟的范围内。而且酒店服务也很好，入住期间任何需求都能及时响应并满足，特别是大堂的海霞，总是及时满足我的需求，很满意，下次会继续选择这家酒店。

还可以吧，这家老五星酒店确实不错，气派。不过杭州酒店太多了，竞争激烈，房价都不算贵。就是距离地铁站口有接近一公里。早餐也不错，自助餐。
