    来杭州看如梦之梦，地理位置比较好，离金沙湖大剧院10分钟步行距离，离金沙湖地铁站2分种步行距离，对面就是天街。前台Sarah服务非常周到，因为是IHG银卡会员，提前打了电话询问到店时间好提前安排房间，还给我升级了高级套房，送了果盘和早餐～退房的时候碰到打扫衞生的服务人员也是非常热情的打招呼

    来金沙湖大剧院看剧。这次入住了钱塘皇冠假日。前台Sarah服务非常好。有求必应。还升级了套房，安排了水果还有送了早餐。想説早餐也很丰盛！煮麪的小姐姐还给拌了葱油拌麪。这次健身时看到了泳池水深不深。夏天有机会还要来游泳。

    杭州钱塘皇冠假日酒店太赞了！位置佳，近地铁邻商场，入住时William很贴心帮忙安排房间，自助早餐品类丰富。服务贴心周到，细节满满，性价比超高，出差交给他非常放心，不用操心太多，工作忙到忘记説要继续住会打电话询问一下，这家基本上惯性选择了，而且每次不管是谁包入住都会按照你説的喜好安排，询问了一下为什么每次入住都有再复述排房要求，是因为有记录，包括发票备注，发票抬头之类的，这件事情非常感动，是留住老客人的诚意和细节，
