    The hotel is well located and an excellent choice for accommodation in Linping. The room was spacious, modern, and well appointed, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. The property maintains a high standard in terms of cleanliness and design. The location is particularly convenient, with Wanda Plaza directly opposite the hotel and easily accessible on foot. The only drawback during my stay was that the air conditioning was turned off due to the low outdoor temperature. As a result, it was necessary to open the window to cool the room for a comfortable night’s sleep, which unfortunately exposed the room to outside noise. Aside from this minor issue, the overall experience was very satisfactory.

    酒店地库有两层，来之前前台Minnie来电话问了需求??酒店地下二层可以直达大堂入住，入住的时候Jane特别给我们升级了房间，房间比其他酒店看起来大，落地窗视野很好??

    结婚在这里订了婚房，房间又大又新，设施也不错。但酒店不接待宠物，需注意。 关于收费，实际体验如下： · 门口放礼炮若及时自行清理可不收费，否则会收200元/次。 · 退房前如能将房间恢复整洁，原则上不收清洁费。我们退房时已仔细打扫，却被无故扣除300元按金，经沟通后因对方无法提供证据才返还。 服务方面略有失望：作为大型酒店，入住时行李较多却无人员协助，连借用推车都需自行搬运，缺乏主动服务意识。 整体体验与品牌定位不符，尤其在结婚这样需要协助的场景下，服务细节有待提升。

    酒店挺好的，前台的pony办理的很仔细，房型时间都核对的很仔细，因为我带小朋友，房间给我做了升级，房间有点热了，也可能是最近天气好的原因，但是小朋友泡澡 这个温度正舒服！退房的ting小姐姐也很好，问我的体验和车牌，整体觉得挺重视客人感觉的，不错。
