以前来住过好几次了，感觉蛮好的。可是这次来了发现正在外部装修，里面灯光较暗，开了个房进去了才发现电话机都没有。只有到大堂去说，总台美眉还算态度好，给我连续调换了两次。虽然最终也没用上电话，但终究是应急备用，是必须的标准设施，没有不心安！还有到睡觉的时候发现空调居然用不了，一问总台说是整栋都用不了，这段时间都在维修。这不对啊，你应该在我开房的时候预先诚恳告知旅客这一情况，让旅客自己决定是否还要开房啊！没有空调有多糟糕，给了一台落地扇吹了一夜，这感觉像在乡下啊！还好天气还不算热，否则受不了啊！这点要差评！
