酒店很大，地理位置是我想要的，才选了它，感觉去西湖和夜市等都不远，骑车很快就能到，挺方便的。酒店房间也很干净，配套也很好，服务也非常的好，来的时间房间挺紧张的，还帮我升级了房间，非常不错。

我太喜欢这个房子啦，前台还免费给我们升级家庭房，（房间安静，干净 里面没有额外收费 ）水都是免费送，晚上睡觉空调很安静，不吵，喜欢 喜欢太喜欢，离景点很近，基本步行半个小时 左右就到，，下次来，还住，值得推荐

首先要说的是订酒店的时间比较紧，周五晚才下单，还好金苑周六可以入住，解决了很大的问题。酒店位置在中山北路，离西湖挺近的，穿过孩儿巷就是凤起路口的地铁口，穿过马路就是武林美食街了。酒店工作人员的服务态度挺好，酒店设施比较老旧了，这些不是问题，有两点意见:1、空调挂机应该定期清理，我们一进房间就查看了空调内机，真的是很脏灰尘很厚，出风口都是很厚的灰尘，就自己动手搞卫生，比较关系自身的健康；2、是酒店提供的一次性拖鞋，在卫生间里易滑倒，有几次差一点就磕碰了，只好在外面的超市买了防滑拖鞋，希望酒店方面能尽心尽力的为入住客人着想！也希望酒店能越来越好！

宾馆位置可以，门口有公交车，行打车也很方便。宾馆是那种有点接待性质的老式宾馆，房间里还有固话。虽然旧一些但是打扫得很干净，感觉员工已经尽力在守护这个宾馆了。再装修可以把走廊里的地毯换下，显得脏。我去的那天不能洗衣，说机器在消毒。西湖很美。

位置不错，这个附近，找个像样的，价格又不太贵的，真的难找，而且还要有免费停车位的，更难找！在外面停车位上停一晚上大概六十多，酒店有免费停车位，地面的很难抢，不如直接下地下室，需要细心点下去。早餐的话马马虎虎，但是总归是有，我们带长者小孩过来的，长者起来早，就可以先下去吃，这样比去外面吃方便。去西湖，去科技馆，都挺近的

The carpet was not clean and had many stains. The bedding had a icecream stick inside the bedding. The bathroom toilet towel was dirty. The curtains and outside windows were dirty
