大年初三订了3件房。酒店位置很好。但房间偏小，感觉过于拥挤。设施、服务等的都很不错。早晨人太多了，要排队等座位。
特别表扬下酒店的服务，不亏是五星的，一流。（1）特别要感谢何倩经理。在入住当天，因为是自驾游，车辆在酒店遇到问题，和保安搞得很不愉快。向何倩经理反映后，得到了很圆满的解决，非常满意。（2）特别感谢客房服务。我们退房时遗漏了一双女长筒靴。酒店及时和我取得电话联系，并安排快递给我寄回。非常满意。

是杭州的老牌五星级酒店，酒店位置不在市中心，但靠近风景区，对面就是黄龙体育中心，看比赛、演出、购物、餐饮还是很方便的，酒店环境非常优雅，庭院式建筑，房间干净、但不是很大，可能要豪华房才大，设施略旧，服务也不错，

三年两次都是选择住在黄龙饭店，酒店位置环境以及卫生一如既往的好！早餐丰富，种类是我住的五星饭店里多的了！晚餐自助收费虽然小贵，但是物有所值，大闸蟹寿司关东煮超好吃！全五分
