新新飯店民国范独樹一格，工作人員具備相当的職業素質，无论是礼儀或是著裝，都比較好地體現了含蓄、優雅氣質。房間洗漱用具都是中高檔次的科勒，同時貼心俻有剪刀針線訂書針等，特別要提的是中草葯枕頭，好眠利器。唯一的遺憾是洗漱用品是佰草集，不配酒店形象。

酒店很好，餐厅也棒。只是艺龙的服务极其糟糕，订单搞的很复杂还出问题。艺龙的售后服务一样糟糕。

酒店很好，位置也很好，但是交通不方便，门口的北山路一到周末就堵车，如果自己开车的话堵车就堵车，但是叫车就很难了

酒店就在西湖边上，离断桥也不远，酒店内设施服务都很好，但是在周末的话很难叫到车，门口是北山路也是经常会堵到死的路
