订的西湖湖景房，房间在12层，景色还行吧。房间有点小，床有点小，衞生间狭窄。酒店地理位置不错，下楼就是西湖，步行可到镇国寺和昇龙皇城，公交146路上车现金购票5站就到老城夜市。酒店周围小超市小餐厅很多，很方便。酒店有室内温水泳池，泳池比较大，还有按摩池，泳池6点开放，很适合我早晚各游一次。酒店20层的酒吧风景很不错，从下午5点坐到天黑亮灯后直接去老城夜市吃夜宵。

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel. Whilst it was aesthetically pleasing and cozy, the staff at the front desk when i had checked in, wasn't the most understanding or adhering to my arrangement that was made via email a month in advance.
The breakfast spread was not to my liking and the level i stayed on was very noisy.

stayed at this hotel for four nights while attending a conference. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant.
During my visit, I had dinner at Ming Restaurant, which specializes in Chinese cuisine, and also enjoyed the buffet lunch at the main restaurant featuring a variety of seafood. The food overall was fine and provided a good selection.
The only drawback was that some of the facilities felt a little dated. A renovation in the near future would definitely elevate the overall experience.
Despite this, the service and dining options left a positive impression, and I appreciated the hospitality throughout my stay.

就在西湖边上，景色非常好，但是要看房间，有得房间落地窗位置好可以看湖景，有些房间的窗很小，拍照起来就不好看了，然后房间相对比较老旧。

Room could look slightly tired but overall a more than decent hotel, biggest complaint would be that the closet’s lights wouldn’t turn off at all and affected our sleep at night.
View from room was excellent.
An update could do the hotel the world of good but overall still happy!

酒店性价比不高。房间也不大 设施也没用过 不过湖景非常好。也有很多老外住在这里 。。想到西湖还有周边的挺不错 离老街还剑湖也就2公里
