Service could be better. Some attitudes of staff requires improvements. Asked for top up of snacks in summit bar and was met with staff taking a deep breathe before saying ok. Could see the under lying impatience. Was Immediately asked if we would order more drinks which we did.

The view over the lake is amazing and the rooftop bar along with the fitness and spa centre really shows why it deserves to be a 5 star hotel.

Receptionist Oliver did the check in for us, who spoke fluent English and was knowledgeable with hotel facilities. Got the room facing the lake, did not regret, offering breathtaking views when you wake up and before you sleep. Recreational facilities such as gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room were well maintained and enjoyable for usage. As always, Pan Pacific Hotels never fails to amaze its guests.

This hotel saved our Hanoi trip!!
After experiencing something so terrible at our original hotel, we booked and checked in to Pan Pacific the same night. Thank God they had availability!
As soon as we checked in, the reception staff were so lovely and offered us an upgrade. The room was beautiful and clean, with the view of the lake. Plenty of room for my little 1 year old to run around.
Buffet breakfast ?? Plenty of options and different cuisines to choose from.
Don't forget to go to the rooftop bar, especially at night. The view from the top is outstanding! You get greeted by the staff as soon as you exit the lift going up, a nice touch I must say.
The swimming pool was also very clean. The staff there gave my little one a banana after a swim. It's the little things that count.
Highly recommend this hotel. We were overall happy with our stay!

老牌五星酒店，设施和服务都很好，房间布局合理，休息舒适惬意，西湖美景落日馀晖，健身房和泳池在4楼很棒，早餐菜品没有特别多但是都很精致。下次出行还会选择入住，推荐！

本来想订一间靠近机场的饭店，结果订错了，而且饭店还蛮旧的，各个设施服务设计都是比较旧，尤其是厕所，真心觉得饭店必须要有一个淋浴，既使要用浴缸也不能太高，这个饭店的浴缸非常高，年纪大的人上下还挺危险了?

是一间大老排酒店，各样齐全，欣赏室内大游泳池，落雨天不用怕，足够阳光，不会局促。早餐食物丰富，款式多。但失败的就是服务，除了bell boy会主动帮你外，大至上员工不够热情主动，跟AI差不多，多年后应会AI取代??因下雨天有小孩的家庭来说很烦恼不能外出不能游泳，除了室内泳池吸引我外，其他都吸引不到我下次再来。洒店房硬件虽要大大改善，热水不够，洗手盆盖老化，去不到水，常塞，我们要'用工具打开去水！浴室太高，已一早备注有小孩，有85岁老人，上落浴室太危险！（我住令一间老城区洒店他们各员工非常非常热情有礼，虽然浴缸同样高，但会安排好矮凳给他们）所以非常大对比。总括来说这价钱同老城区酒店差不多，这服务这质素，除了室内游泳池吸引外，没其他可以！地方偏远，除了湖景外，没有可去地方

酒店应该是比较老旧了，服务也只能说一般般，酒店管理人员应该向他们在雅加达的同事们学习一下，我来入住的时候没人跟我打招呼或者帮忙拿行李
