房间非常小，设备也差，比起巴伐利亚其他酒店都差，难怪便宜。关键是服务很差，前台入住等了半个小时，理由是前台出去吃饭了，没有人办理。提前半个月预订，提前十几天想修改日期都不可以，又不是节假日，就是空着房也不让你调整时间，态度还很差，真的非常差的体验，以后也不会再住他们的酒店。

适合孩子去的地方，房间够大，干净卫生，前台服务员服务很好，主动介绍游玩地方。温泉很好加上水上乐园，小孩连续两天去玩，还不舍得走

亲子房，有一张大床，一张上下铺，太美好了！景区里面走走逛逛，欧洲田园风格，吃饭的没什么饭店，我们出去吃，比较不方便！图4桥上一条栏杆没了，小孩在那俯看，想想都后怕，希望园区能引起重视！

前台美女的服务没话说，很耐心很温柔，房间也蛮大，家庭住宿非常合适，晚上有蚊子前台还特意送来蚊香液，只是房间的上下床铺被单太脏了，好多渣子还有头发，严重怀疑有没有清洗更换
