酒店设施不错、加一个被子收费100元、服务跟不上有待完善。美食街小吃并不美味、整个庄园有车水马龙的感觉，类似市民广场、吃饭贼贵又难吃、是深圳的2⃣️倍，比不上南昆山、更没有番禺疗养院植物味道浓厚、找不到幽静的味道……

因为周六日价格是674一间！订了7间，！订房的时候看的很清楚是双温双早的！来入住的时候说不含温泉，给携程打电话，携程却说你有截图证明这个是包含温泉的吗？由于有个客户在入住前一天说去不了，问能不能退房，不能退房我可以理解，当时客服也说因为是周末而且是包含双温双早的，是不能退订的！无奈之下又一人较多100块温泉费用！温泉就是个垃圾，在保险柜锁着的手机偷就算了，还有人偷秋衣秋裤！温泉会馆却没有给任何一个说法，报警都没用！真是恶心了！以后都不会再来了！以上说法真实事件，各位游客三思吧！
