因为行程有变，提前一天打电话给携程客服沟通要退房，得到的结果是酒店不让退。再次致电，我说我愿意被扣取相应的金额，而且我当时订的酒店是最后一间，现在退，这间房还能再卖出去，店家不会亏，还是不同意我退。订了很多酒店，这种强买强卖类型的还是第一次见，给人的感觉是生硬，不通人情。再次去香港不会再订这家

节假日翻倍趁机要价不说了，工作人员说找不到资料无法入住。后来找到了，工作马糊。两地工作人员(客服，前台)互推责任。总的来说酒店编排不合理，人一多就乱了，需改进。住宿条件尚可
