Receptionists were very helpful and polite. However, room was unhygienic with awful smell. Cause of the smell was mildew on the shower curtain. I complained multiple times but problem was not fixed.

团队的定点酒店，如果不是没地方住，不要选择。早上下楼，电梯层层停，15分钟，憋死了。公交车还挺多

本人前几日订的香港春节房，全额付款特别贵是平时的两三倍，因为在过关时通行证掉了人无法过关，因未到入住时间提前致电艺龙网协商取消订单，谁知艺龙客服不同意，推托说是酒店无论是否提前取消订单或个人因意外无法到酒店，一概全款扣下不退，本人又再次致电酒店，酒店方面却说没关系人不到店不会收取任何费用，本人来来回回在两者之间协商来协商去，都给两家人踢皮球似的推托来推托去，总之就是霸王条款吃定你了，不愿意全额退钱或者至少退一半，态度霸道，对这种没有消费但是强行收取客人住宿费的行为非常生气，以后就算酒店或者艺龙平台再优惠，也不敢通过这样的订房途径去订房了，因为钱随时因为莫须有的名义就入了别人口袋，今天把这个惨痛经历与大家分享，希望不会再有人跟我一样上当受骗。
