酒店對內地人不是很友善，態度不好，這和大家的評價一致。從銅鑼灣過去要半個小時。交通上要花較多時間。辦理入住要提供通行證、身分證，戶口簿，否則可能不讓你入住，在香港住過那麼多酒店，第一次要提供這麼多證件，而且會把你的證件拿去複印！不知道什麼意思？？整個房間裡面都是簡體字的罰款信息，用這個要罰款，那個要罰款，感覺滿滿的對內地人的歧視。另外拖鞋及牙具也是沒有的。
