  房間滿意，可惜不能安排高層，9/F沒有什麼景觀 衛生滿分，打掃員工細心 31/F空中休息區很好，可在這裡放鬆心情 泳池沒有開放，可能冬天吧?? 員工有善，地點方便，鄰近數個商場，飲食購物不是問題 唯一不滿意是電梯，拍卡後也按不到樓層，下樓時也經常無原無故飛站，沒有顯示電梯到達的樓層，不知道要等多久才有電梯到達！ *有幸入住可能隨時遇上警方TS放題！

  酒店房間乾淨企埋，床鋪舒服，設施完善 ，位置正正係地鐵站樓上，價錢親民。可惜泳池比較細，但下次也必定會再入住。

  皇冠这次太令我失望了，之前住皇冠服务都是非常好的，卫生也绝对没有问题，但是这次竟然在浴巾上发现两只蟑螂，一只是活的，一只是干尸！！！大晚上的吓死了，打电话给前台，要求换了所有毛巾浴巾和床上用品。之后前台打电话来问说需不需要换房间，我们东西都拿出来了，就没有换。然后前台说给延迟两个小时退房。而且蟑螂这个东西一个房间有，其他房间也都会有吧，换了也没什么用。哎………真是失望！

  这是我来香港几次住过最满意的酒店，首先地理位置非常好，出了地铁就在商场里面，出商场负一楼大门就到酒店了，简直无缝链接！其次非常满意的就是酒店的空间，30多平米真的是难得在香港这样寸土寸金的地方找到，很多45星酒店这个价位最多20平米！再次，就是早餐，自助餐非常丰盛好吃！另外，不得不说酒店的细节做的非常令人感动，还准备了漱口水，绝大部分酒店是没有的，然后浴袍也是有包装，多余的卷纸也是用布袋包着，衣架不但有木质还有布艺的，感觉是一家非常细致入微的酒店，我喜欢，以后香港就住他家了！

  一如既往的好，只要来香港就住它，房间大，周边配套设施完善，离将军澳中心特别近，美食非常多，离地铁站非常近
