  酒店服務好好，能令每個客人都感到舒適。員工非常有禮貌，入住時每位員工都會與住客打招呼，感覺親切。 設施非常好，體貼，電視功能齊全，房間整潔。 食物晚餐的前菜及主菜十分好，很decent，而甜品略甜了一點。 早餐質素高，十分豐富，用膳後讓人感到美好的一天已經開始了！

  Check in 服務很好及細心，住宿及餐飲體驗亦好。但Check out時遇到問題，結賬時發現賬單有問題，跟同事反映後同事說會取消其中一項收費，並有列印一張新的賬單給我簽署確認，並說新賬單會電郵給我。由於隔了一天也沒收到電郵，故我去eBanking 核對收費，發現還是收取了原先錯的賬單，又要再致電去貴司跟進，十分失望。

  有良好的服務態度， 在繁忙都市使人一個舒適嘅環境； 背向中環熱鬧城市，面向一望無際維多利亞海港，晚上20:00還有幻彩詠香江。
