酒店服務好好，能令每個客人都感到舒適。員工非常有禮貌，入住時每位員工都會與住客打招呼，感覺親切。
設施非常好，體貼，電視功能齊全，房間整潔。
食物晚餐的前菜及主菜十分好，很decent，而甜品略甜了一點。
早餐質素高，十分豐富，用膳後讓人感到美好的一天已經開始了！

Check in 服務很好及細心，住宿及餐飲體驗亦好。但Check out時遇到問題，結賬時發現賬單有問題，跟同事反映後同事說會取消其中一項收費，並有列印一張新的賬單給我簽署確認，並說新賬單會電郵給我。由於隔了一天也沒收到電郵，故我去eBanking 核對收費，發現還是收取了原先錯的賬單，又要再致電去貴司跟進，十分失望。

酒店位置好，中环地铁出来2分钟就是酒店。已有59年的历史，设施随不是最新，但有独特的文化韵味，总体服务态度很好。早餐种类在五星级酒店中感觉一般，有点没有达到期待值，有的房间能看到海景和皇后像广场，景色很好！

酒店的服務好專業和貼心，房間亦打掃得十分整潔，前台、餐廳、執房的清潔人員，以至酒店門口工作的叔叔都很有禮貌，特別是門口的叔叔，在最後離開的一天給我們很深刻的印象。由於疫情嘅關係，酒店內好多設施都關閉，所以未能對此評分。
