入住以后确实为文华的细节贴心服务感到满意，有问题只要打电话，服务生都会不厌其烦的为客人解答和提供送餐、送各类用品的服务，很贴心！也不会因为开业时间久，而觉得房间设施陈旧，都维护得很好，很干净；出行购物都很是方便，还有楼下饼店的蛋糕很好吃，下次来港，依然会选择这里入住！

没想到从深圳过去这么方便，深圳湾到港岛的巴士中环站下车就看到了，有历史感的酒店，大厅略窄，和新酒店的富丽堂皇没法比，胜在文华的房间，细致入微，家一样的感觉！
