  入住体验非常好的酒店，在九龙的海边，离黄埔地铁站也很近。住客外国人偏多，check in 的态度很热情，还给免费升级了海景房。房间设施都很好，唯一不足是一些细节卫生方面还有欠缺。海景在白天看特别美，真心不错，会推荐给朋友。

  酒店地理位置好，离地铁站很近，步行五分钟到黄埔站，有免费穿梭巴士到尖沙咀，周边有很多吃的地方，有大型购物商场，有永旺，所以感觉非常方便。前台工作人员和服务生个个都很有礼貌，很nice，服务很周到，办理入住和退房都是两三分钟就办好，房间还贴心地备好两个英式转换插头。还有最值得一赞的是帮我升级了海景房，无敌180度海景一览无遗。如果要说略有不足的地方就是房间的插座少了些，建议电子设备多的入住客人自备排式插板。总之是一次满意的入住。

  环境不错，靠海，我们升级到海景房，楼层比较低，对面可能是台风刮过需要修缮的房子，周边是黄埔花园几个居民区，经常有人绕海湾晨跑。外出购物比较便捷，观塘线转乘即得。在蔡澜美食坊里就餐，简餐也不错。酒店服务挺好。

  酒店位置很好，离地铁站近，附近吃东西也方便，旁边超市商场都有，楼顶有游泳池，夜景很美，就是前台服务员的态度不和善，遇到不懂的问题请教一下，都很不耐烦，希望能提高服务质量！

  到达酒店之后，从礼宾部到接待处的员工和大堂经理，虽然大堂里客人川流不息，但是工作却安排的井井有条，我们受到了他们热情的接待，虽然房间没有好，但是惊喜地得知我们从海景标准间升级到了海景套房。客房的床十分舒适。酒店提供班车每20分钟往返九龙到天星小轮码头停靠在半岛王府旁边，十分便捷。从酒店大堂2分钟就可以到达水岸，那里有很多当地人晨跑。唯一美中不足就是在客房部夜间turn down的时候，客人的浴袍和睡衣没有叠放整齐。客厅的电动窗帘儿关闭不上。
