酒店风景好，入住房间窗外可直接看到动植物园，从地铁中环站出口坐12A可直达酒店，交通方便。出酒店右转下坡走一点，是fusion超市，里面物品丰富，酒店一楼有餐厅。希利楼可送外卖。正好遇上酒店做活动，看了精彩的舞狮表演，女儿领到了可爱的天鹅香座，开心极了。感谢酒店优质的服务，祝生意兴隆！

十分满意，免费升了观景房，服务人员态度也比较热情，出门就可以打车，方便，离山顶，海洋公园都比较近，??

极不满意！！！飞了十二个小时，晚上十一点到酒店，服务员说电梯不好使，让走楼梯步行上楼，可恶的是：到楼层后，就有人乘电梯到相同楼层。太烂了，以后拒绝香港！！！

房间里烟味很大，设施齐全，只是有些旧！酒店风景很好，特别是夜景，只是在半山腰，交通不是很方便！下午两点才能入住，但是提前到可以寄放行李！总的来说还不错！

酒店位置还不错，去旅游首选，植物园和山顶缆车都在附近，前台服务态度也很好,有问必答，隔壁就有餐厅，香港路不太好走，走了很多冤枉路，后来碰到一个好心外国人帮忙带路到那，若有港币在直接打的吧，或坐12A到青年路下车。后来才知道银行自动柜员机可以直接用大陆卡取港币。值得推荐的。
