酒店硬件还不错，但一件小事彻底改变了对HK的印象，北京直飞赴港，入住后一件boss的棉服挂入衣柜、一件tommy薄羽绒服打卷也在衣柜中，在港三日未穿，打包时由于孩子哭闹打岔忘记装箱，中午11点退房离店，晚上九点在深圳发现两件冬衣遗落在酒店衣柜打电话过去，酒店态度很好，答应帮忙查找并约定第二天再打电话问结果，第二天打过去接待讲没有找到遗落的衣物，态度也很差，让我们报警。很失望，20多年行走各地，东西遗落酒店时有发生，但从来没有遇到过找不到的，我遗落不找怎么处理都可以，我找遗落在木的地酒店的冬衣酒店查问保洁员确告知我衣柜里没有，真佩服，住木的地酒店要仔细，落下东西是找不回的！！！

超级棒的酒店，位置离佐敦地铁站两个路口，2分钟就到。服务很热情，还主动帮我升级到19层的大床房。房间内的设施很全很好，比较新，配备了很方便的handy手机，无限流量和电话。带转接头，浴缸等，都是超方便的设备，住起来很安心。
屋子里的mini bar很好，各种饮品。一边泡澡一边饮冷饮真是爽爆了

前几次去都有升级成复式套房，可能这次人多，没办法升级，服务什么都很好，比其他老酒店的态度要好，反正住了好几次，有的挑都会选这家酒店。
