再也不会入住的酒店，服务态度超级差，位置不好找，从红磡打车花了70多港币，司机都说，什么鬼地方！房间也没有描述的大，灯也很暗，主要是冷的离谱，空调调到30度，两个多小时过去了，还是冷的离谱，直接给我冻感冒，给前台打电话想调房间，说没有房间，直接挂电话！又打过去，问有没有别的办法，前台说：那多拿一床被子给你喽，然后挂电话！迟迟没有人来，我又打电话找经理，经理说那就给个暖风机给你，然后挂电话！！！香港人不是都很有礼貌吗？一会，一个老头送来了一个小电暖器，半天没安好，我问，这个是暖风机吗？他说：你要暖风机噢？我很无奈的说，是的，他又给我们拿了一个暖风机，这个不是前台应该交代清楚的吗？…真的很无语，请注意，这个时候，那两床被子还没给我拿来，我又管他要了两床被子，澡也没敢洗，盖着直接睡觉了！来香港这么多次，这是住过的最差的酒店，还要1000多港币一晚，以后都不会再住！太差了！不被尊重！

地理位置不错，带孩子来打针，斜对面就是打针的大厦。房间比较小，不过影响不大。习惯香港酒店小小的房间了

很好的酒店，除了没有泳池什么的这些五星设施，其他和五星酒店能对比，还免费升级了，无敌大的洗手间，很满意酒店前台的服务
