這次住的很不開心，要的是大床房，給的是兩張雙人床，還要前台一位男的服務員，態度很差，說下次如果要大床房可以嘗試其他酒店，香港服務就如此質素？？前幾年入住剛開業的，前台服務員態度是非常好，事隔幾年，店開大了，服務質素卻差了！！
