以前对这个酒店看着感觉不错所以预订春节之行。提早三个月预订两间房。但是家人临时有事，出行前一个半月申请退一间房留一间。被拒绝，不能理解，这么长时间申请并不影响酒店再售。感觉没有服务意识。不能接受和理解。

想说的就是不知道是艺龙问题还是酒店的问题，总之感觉服务比较差。提早三个月预订的酒店两间客房，提早一个半月时候想申请退一间，却被拒绝。提早一个半月更改调整也不会影响酒店销售，所以不是很明白为什么不可以。感觉非常死板。非常不人性化。总之你的要求都被拒绝就对了！

艺龙太垃圾，订的时候明明就是可以选择单床和双床的，结果跑到酒店人家说根本不行，害我们三个人挤那么小一张床，还有一个人睡地上，真的被你们气死，以后不会在你们这里订了。
