酒店设计很棒，层高有点矮，毕竟是老房子改造的。
两点建议。一是床偏软，二是洗手间的灯开关需要按下才能完全关闭，但是开关上并没有说明。

地理位置很好，周边购物很方便。工作人员也都很热情。房间装修很复古很漂亮，就是打开窗帘周边全是居民楼没什么隐私，但在香港还是可以理解这点的。总体的入住体验还是不错的。

酒店的设计非常好，以天星小轮为设计之源，所以带有浓郁的复古航海风，值得推荐。此外，酒店的地理位置也极佳，房间的卫生巾也挺大，很舒适。美中不足的，便要数酒店餐厅的服务态度和早餐了。需要提醒一点，在这里若不会说英语易被怠慢，此外西式早餐全冷品，没啥胃口，若要热品还须额外价钱，汗！！
