订的是行政房，房间倒不错。就是实在太吵了，入住的时候特意问服务员会不会吵，服务员说房间做了双层隔音，不会吵。而且刷卡只能走Visa，不能走银联。下面就是高架，而且是高架的引桥，香港的公交车都是双层的大车，上坡的时候油门特别重，声音特别响。特别是早上6点以后，公交车都出动了，全都是公交车上坡油门的轰鸣声，睡眠稍微不好的，基本上可以起床了

非常糟糕的酒店管理人员，枕头是脏的，有明显污渍，有很多头发。投诉后也无人来更换！在网站明明订好的高级房竟然给我们安排了给行动有障碍人事使用的冼手间，恰恰对于我们正常人来说使用起来是非常不方便及不合理的！！！且前台男性工作人员态度极差，让人感觉非常窝心！
