酒店给同程的用户是不是要差一点的！房间外面声音很吵，有油烟味，估计是食堂烧菜的地方！联系了酒店经理，要求换房，说爆满了，没法换了，还说这是给我们算好的房间！我想问有油烟味声音又很响的是好房间吗？而且房间内还有蟑螂，跟经理说了，经理说这很正常，山上的房间潮湿有蟑螂太正常了！然后就没有然后了！安徽的四星级酒店，黄山的南大门的酒店难道就这样的环境！还有电视机也是老式的电视机，这倒随他去，关键是放了一半，不会来了，放不出来了！估计也是天气潮湿的原因吧，都懒得去说了，主要是黄山一天爬下来也累了！好的方面是给了爬黄山的旅游图和拐杖（拐杖没用，自己有准备登山杖）其他啥也不说了，希望以后在同程订的房间能好一点，同程也能对合作方加强监督管理！

酒店离换乘中心有1.2km，艺龙订的580山景房，实际阳台后面就是一座小山坡，没有美景可言。房间内设施一般，床单有股清洁剂的味道，感觉不是很干净。浴室的淋雨喷头是固定的。旅游旺季房价偏贵，边上土菜馆价格也偏高。
