比想象中的要好，挺干净的。早餐一般，种类太少，如果和武当山下的建国饭店相比，还差几个身段。当然可以体谅，毕竟每个物件都是师傅们背上来的。

早餐还行，山上用餐要求别太高，下山来吃的那顿徽菜便宜好吃分量足。北楼有点旧没南楼好，房间不大，酒店位置蛮好离西海大峡谷近。自驾车放南门换乘中心，换乘至云谷索道上，上到始信峰，那一带景色美美哒，办好住宿放下大背包，开始西海大峡谷之旅，再登光明顶，远眺莲花峰和天都峰。。。本次景点基本玩全了，没走回头路。。。建议根据风景区地图规划好。
