环境好，服务好，位置极佳，傍太平湖。面朝湖水，风景宜人。到的晚，订的房间没了免费升级了豪华湖景房，还赠送了果盘。非常满意，以后还会来住！

作为五星级酒店竟然没有空调，房间冷的像冰窖，向值班经理反映，结果没有处理解决方案，体验感非常差，小朋友洗澡没有办法洗，特别冷，后期绝对不会选择该家酒店

位置很好，直接就建在湖面上，房间很宽敞，酒店服务热情到位符合五星级酒店标准，做为度假型酒店房间要是能配置功夫茶具会更好
