酒店地处屯溪的市中心，湖景房正对着美丽的新安江。装修有些时日，略显陈旧，但是打扫得干净整洁。前厅的程萍和管家安静服务热情周到，在她们身上能感受到酒店的管理严谨而细致。

酒店品质非常好，入住质量也非常好，前台一位交洪璐的女孩人非常棒，热情大方，让人心情愉悦，给这家酒店点个赞。客房的阿姨也很尊重客人。是一家有品质的皇冠假日酒店。
