对于皇冠假日的品质一直都是抱肯定的态度的，包括本次入住，从门口的保安到大堂服务人员到餐厅服务生都是彬彬有礼，热情和蔼。感谢前台服务人员帮我从高级客房免费升级到豪华客房，并且郑重感谢他及时通知我遗忘在前台的钱包！三楼餐厅的早餐也很可口，临走还奉送了一袋小点心，小小心思令人很有好感。不过希望能增加一些菜品使得选择可以更加丰富。同时本次入住令我产生几个疑问，作为IHG会员在官网上预定房间为什么比在艺龙上预定还要贵一百多元呢？这个费用是16.6%的税费。为什么豪华客房1001是没有浴缸的呢？难道浴缸不在标准设施里？
