每年都会多次来黄山地区，本次和朋友一起出行，第一次入住丰大酒店，平心而论，酒店位置得天独厚，环境优雅，是休闲游的甚佳之地。酒店房间很大，但优越的条件下设施不足，床侧电源插座几乎没有，而台灯的插座质量极差，根本无法插紧。餐厅和客房不在一个建筑物中，走过去要爬坡将近十分钟，老人和孩子完全不适合到这里度假，而且餐厅早餐只营业到九点，这也是从来没有过的经历。更加让人无法容忍的是早餐的品种和服务，本人五月二日吃的早餐，不知是不是因为刚刚结束长假，早餐品种简直少点可怜，如此星级的度假酒店的早餐中竟没有星点荤菜，哪怕是一丁点肉末也不曾见到，本人度假、商务旅行住酒店无数，这次也算长见识了，难道五一小长假中客人把酒店吃空了？难道这是养生菜肴是我大惊小怪？说到这里，不得不提到令人最感失望和气愤的经历。朋友的孩子才两岁，餐厅九点结束，孩子起不来，我们吃完饭后顺便带了两只煮鸡蛋出来给他们，谁知走到门口被服务员拦下，告知不可以带出，无论我们怎样解释都无法通融，房间本身是包含早餐的，为什么很简单的事情却一定要死板教条？再好的环境也是为顾客的舒心度假打造的，没有人性化没有变通的制度不是管理，这样还怎么会有回头客？
