前台服务非常好，早餐也很好吃，最重要的是配套设施很齐全，一号楼到五号楼各有特色，三号楼个人比较喜欢，退房时候小刘和小桃都非常照顾我，会问我行程如何，今天上黄山，下山之后依旧会选择这间酒店！性价比也是非常的高

酒店名为五星，实为二星。酒店房间洗脸毛巾为锈迹斑斑的黄色，睡衣有很大汗味。房间两把椅子，不是统一的，而是，形状为一样一把。这样的设施能评为五星，不知是怎样的评上的。客房就没有看见服务员。只是第二天，告知前台后，第二天有服务员打扫房间卫生，把黄色毛巾给换了。前台服务员，服务态度不好。好像别人欠她几百万块钱似的。希望同程与其解约，这样的宾馆，太名不符实。早餐也是极其简陋，根本不符合五星级的标准，只符合二星级的标准。此酒店，地理位置偏僻。

第二次入住，明显服务不如上次。下午2：30到，房间没得选只能住1楼，有异味。后调到2楼稍好。br餐饮也涨价了，加会员不打折也无优惠活动，一切只能将就。
